The morning light is always something spectacular over the ocean at Cronulla, or anywhere along the east coast of Australia.

Peering through the trees while walking along the Esplanade towards Shelly Beach from Oak Park, made me pause one morning. I found the view instantly inspirational and I knew I wanted to start painting it!

The foliage, the grass, the rocks, the sparse wind swept tree were all captivating. A large piece that was a pleasure to paint.

I am passionate about the Australian landscape, especially this area of the Sutherland Shire. I have been a professional visual artist for over 30 years and I use the highest quality materials.
